The only 'risk' you lose is your own personal ship, it's not like you have invested countless man hours establishing multiple-regional infrastructure, you sit on a gate/station and shoot flashy things- most of the time, the people you kill don't even know what happened until they check their killmail (assuming they know how).

So whether I post on this one, my character in GoonSwarm, my character in Pandemic Legion, or my character in BNI, does it really make any difference? Aren't super elite highsec mercenaries able to look at employment histories and compare join/leave dates to sort out who's an alt of who or is that asking to much from to little?
